Service Contract / Upgrade
Beginning one year after purchase and installation, it is the policy of DEC Data Systems to only service software
that has been updated and has a service contract in place. Alternately, service hours can be purchased on an
as needed basis for system configuration, modification, or program modification. DEC Data Systems has several
different upgrade options and service programs from which to choose. By purchasing a support package, you
are guaranteed a same day response during normal working hours. Purchasing a premium support package
guarantees a one hour response time 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. Support covers resolving any real or
perceived errors in DataWise® as well as guidance in system configuration and modification, or re-installation of
DataWise® on a replacement computer should the primary computer fail for any reason.
